Creamy Tomato Macaroni

Ingredients for making Creamy Tomato Macaroni :
Macaroni 200 gms
Thinly sliced Onions and Tomatoes 1/2 cup each
Paneer cubes 1/2 cup
Tomato ketch up 2 tb spoons
Green chilli sauce 1 tea spoon
Red chilli powder 1/4 tea spoon
Ginger garlic paste 2 tea spoon
Cloves, Cinnamon and Star anise crushed coarsely 1/2 tea spoon
Butter 2 tb spoons and Oil 1 tb spoon
How to make Creamy Tomato Macaroni?
Boil Macaronis in generous amount of water with one tea spoon of oil stirring at regular intervals till they become soft.
Strain it with the help of a sieve and discard excess water. Pour 2 cups of cold water on boiled macaroni to stop the process of cooking .
Heat a pan with oil and butter. Fry the spice powder and add onions and tomatoes.
Fry till the tomatoes become mushy.
Add chilli powder, garlic ginger paste, salt and stir well,
Add the ketch up, sauce, Paneer cubes and mix gently.
Finally add the boiled macaronis and mix.
Allow them to get cooked for 3 minutes in low flame.
Switch off the stove.
