At an age most busy women start to show wear and tear, she still looks amazing. But the 38-year-old says it's all down to her simple beauty and exercise regime.
Nicole, who recently threw some major shade at former judge Cheryl Fernandez Versini , was asked if she'd consider getting botox, to which she replied: "No, I haven’t.
Here's Nicole's take on why she looks so stunning:
“I think for me it’s more about taking care of yourself from the inside out. I think health is really important.
“It’s about drinking a lot of water and getting a lot of sleep. It’s crazy what hot yoga or going on an amazing run will do.
“Anybody can always get that stuff done, but for me how I feel inside is a true reflection.”
Nicole's fellow x factor judge Sharon Osborne is quite the opposite as the star freely admits to having several cosmetic surgery procedures over the years.
