One of the coolest Celebrity couples in the world are planning to swoop in and buy the most expensive House in America.

The super luxury home has a Staggering price tag that could scare even some of the wealthiest celebrities. The home is listed at $200 million with plenty of amazing amenities.

But Celebrity power couple Jay-Z and Beyonce have a combined net worth of $1 billion making them the top 10 richest celebrity couples in the world. Impressive networth.

With their kind of consistent success and growing wealth,  it's no surprise the pair would want to go for a home of such breathtaking beauty and mind blowing cost. 

Probably because of more kids on the way, the rap supercouple are now taking a look at America's most expensive house, aptly named The Spelling Manor.

A massive and gorgeous house. The house music's first couple have their eyes on is a 57,000 sq. ft. beauty that sits on a 4.7 acre lot in the ritzy Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles. The $200 million manor includes a huge backyard with tennis courts and a swimming pool for those backyard BBQ parties. Yeah—just like in those music videos. 

Lots of space for lots of fun, comfort and family. The house is about the size of a midsized hotel boasts 14 bedrooms and 27 bathrooms. You can also find inside a bowling alley, wine cellar, a elegant nightclub in the basement, a spa with a massage parlor, a library, a gym, doll room for Blue Ivy to play in, screening room for those hit movies, and three gift wrapping rooms perfect for the holidays.

The house which is owned by Candy Spelling, widow of TV legend Aaron Spelling and mother of Tori,  is planning on selling it to Queen Bet and Jay Z.
