As one of the industry's most successful - and enduring - stars we have had the good fortune of watching her year after year as she graces our screens. But the incredible thing about this hot Hollywood actress is that she doesn't seem to look a day older as the years roll by. 

So it's perhaps not surprising that Julia Roberts has made history after being named the World’s Most Beautiful woman for a record-breaking fifth time.

Her breakout roll was aptly titled. Yes the accolade is apropriate for someone who starred in Pretty Woman, the actress once again graces the cover of People magazine’s Most Beautiful issue.

 In Julia's words: “I am very flattered,” she said.

She Couldn't resist teasing her close pal and male Hollywood sex symbol. The Oscar winner Roberts poked fun at the fact she’s now way ahead in the running against close pal George Clooney, who has been named the World’s Sexiest Man twice.

“I’m going to mention that in my Christmas card to the Clooneys this year!” she quipped.

Almost three decades of being beautiful. Remarkable Julia who celebrates her 50th birthday in October, was first named the Most Beautiful Woman in the world back in 1991, and went on to scoop the honour in 1999, 2005 and 2010.

Last year the title went to another ageless Gem Jennifer Aniston, who is a double winner.

Other great looking people on the list this year. Meanwhile, other famous faces on this year's Most Beautiful list include actresses Emma Watson and Viola Davis, and Oprah Winfrey.

But Julia Roberts rule for the record breaking 5th time.
