And when a British adult actress took advantage of this, it sparked outrage in Iran after she revealed that she had secretly visited the Iran for a nose job.
Charming Candy Charms, who has 32 LL breasts, posted a selfie on Instagram of her pouting in a headscarf and sunglasses.
She talked about her secret Iran nose job. Revealing she had been on a trip to the Iranian capital, this is what the adult star said
"My nose was not straight and they are the best in the world in nose surgery. I had my nose done.
She praised the people of Tehran.
"Loved Tehran. The people are so kind and generous.
"Really overwhelmed by the whole trip. The people are amazing."
Her post recieved thousands of comments. But when the Essex glamour model's post made its way back to Iran, some locals were not happy.
Among 40,000 replies most were angry backlash, while others were praises.
