Donald Trump calls Madonna disgusting and slams SNL Katie Rich

In a characteristic gesture of retaliation the POTUS had his say about aggressive anti-Trump protester Madonna. 

Distasteful even for her. Donald Trump called Madonna disgusting for her comments about 'blowing up the White House' at the Women's March, and the president has also taken aim at Saturday Night Live writer Katie Rich.

The 45th President of the United States let it  known that he wasn't necessarily against the March, but was unimpressed by the behavior displayed by some of the chief marchers(namely Madonna).  During an interview with Fox's Sean Hannity, which aired on Thursday, Trump discussed the powerful Women's March, where Madonna spoke.

Trump was as outspoken as ever.Here's what he had to say: “Honestly she's disgusting. I think she hurt herself very badly. I think she hurt that whole cause,” Trump said of her shocking rant.

“I thought her and a couple of others. But I thought she was in particular, I thought what she said was disgraceful to our country.”

He was not the only public figure to remark that Madonna's speech was counter-productive.

And then the Commander in chief faced SNL squarely. During the interview, which is his second since he became president last Friday, Trump slammed SNL writer Katie Rich for her distasteful joke about his 10-year-old son Barron.

Comedy and jokes are just fine—but this in bad taste. He's just a kid!  Trump insisted that he's not against humour, but felt that the joke was dispicable.

“I don't mind some humour but it's terrible. For them to attack, for NBC to attack my 10-year-old son...it's a disgrace. He’s a great boy. And it’s not an easy thing for him. Believe me,” Trump said.

She's currently facing the fire for her colourless joke about the 10 year old. Saturday Night Live writer Katie Rich was suspended indefinitely from her role at the NBC show after she wrote the controversial tweet about Trump's youngest son, Barron.

Watch it—some jokes can get you into trouble.
