In a world often rife with Criminals, terrorists and fugitives and teeming with some of the best crime fighting personnel in the history of man,  many of the most wanted people on earth are still never caught. But when they are, many around the world breathe shuddering sighs of relief. 

As in the bizzare case of one of the most wanted terrorists in the world, he has finally been named. Yes—authorities now have a name and a picture,  or more accurately a sketch.

Bottom line—we now know who he is. Previously we were only familiar with the terror he perpetrated. And what horror it was. 

Exposed. Named for the first time, this is the man who allegedly 'masterminded' the terror attack on a Tunisian beach in which 38 people died.

Wanted terror suspect Chamseddine al-Sandi. is said to have trained and instructed killer Seifeddine Rezgui, who slaughtered 30 British holidaymakers with an assault rifle as they sunbathed near Sousse in 2015. It was a beautiful day that ended in gruesome death, as a mass killer opened fire. 

Wanted and hunted. An international manhunt is currently underway for al-Sandi, who is believed to be on the run in Libya.

Men arrested in connection with two terror attacks named al-Sandi in their confessions, with the information uncovered following an investigation by the BBC.

An organizer of death.Suspects said al-Sandi was the 'mastermind' behind the horror, who recruited and directed men including Rezgui and paid for them to go to Libya for terror training.

Careful planning and recruitment.Rezgui is said to have met members involved in the Bardo attack in cafes and mosques and trained alongside one of them at an ISIS camp in Libya.

Terrorist organizer. CommanderAl-Sandi is then believed to have given the perpetrators their orders.

As they often do, ISIS claimed responsibility for both of the attacks.

The international hunt for terrorist Chamseddine al-Sandi rages on.
