Bitter gourd deep fry is the favourite vegetable fry of our family. We love to have this as side dish for any rice and also as bites with tea. By following these easy steps make crispy & tasty Bitter gourd fry and no doubt you will start loving bitter gourd..
Place them in a broad bowl or pan and add all the above mentioned items to them except oil.
Mix them well with hand and see to it that the spices and flours mix with tamarind juice and forms a paste coating on the veg pieces.
Let them to marinate for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry them in lots to golden brown.

Ingredients for making Bitetr gourd Fry:
- Bitter gourds 4
- Besan flour 5 tb spoons
- Rice flour 3 tb spoons
- Corn flour 2 tb spoons
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon
- Red chilli powder 2 tea spoons
- Garlic ginger paste 1 tea spoon (Optional)
- Thick tamarind juice extracted from a s size tamarind 150 ml
- Oil for frying
