- Lady's Finger 300 gms
- Oil 3 tb spoons
- Sour curd 1 ladle
- Turmeric
- Red chilli powder or Sambar Powder 1 tea spoon
- Salt to taste
- Hing / Asafoetida 1/4 tspn
- Mustard seeds and Urad dal for seasoning
How to make Non Sticky Lady's Finger Fry?
- Wash the veggies, wipe them with a towel to dry and cut in to small pieces of 1/2 cm thickness.
- Heat a pan with oil and do the seasoning.
- Once they splutter, throw in turmeric, hing and salt in to th oil and give a stir.
- Add the lady'sfinger and stir.
- Pour in the curd.Mix.
- In few mins you can watch the lady's finger pieces becoming in to non sticky.
- Now keep the flame low and allow the stuff to get fried for 10 more minutes.
- Switch off and serve the tasty curry.
