In this post, we challenge you to walk. Yes walk!!! How many of us can actually boast of taking a walk every day? The cars, bikes. trains, elevators haven't come to replace your legs.

Did you know that walking can make you lose weight?
Did you know that walking keeps you strong, fit and healthy?
Did you know walking in a natural environment can help in reducing stress?
These are some of the reasons why we urge you to walk. walk for at least 30 mins a day. You can chose to walk in bits so that it doesn't become tedious. Instead of taking the elevator, Try walking up or down the stairs.# Make your walks pleasurable
Walking can be fun. Take a short stroll around your neighbourhood, or walk to a friends home. walking with your dog can be fun too. This is because you need things than can motivate you to walk and so you have to make it pleasurable.Cars, bikes and elevators haven't come to replace your legs. Strive to walk with the list opportunity you get. 150 minutes of excercise a week can help in reversing diseses like hypertension and can prevent you from developing cardiovascular problems in the future. Walk your way to health.
