In a shocking revelation, former New England patriots footballer Aaron Hernandez is now innocent and no longer a convicted killer. This new change occurred after He committed suicide recently.
A Massachusetts judge has vacated the dead NFL player's murder conviction in the grounds that his appeal was not reviewed by the court before his unexpected death.
According to the strange but serious decision, because Hernandez did not exhaust all of his legal options before he died, the case reverts to the status at the beginning, as if the trial and conviction never occurred—even though they did. Even though Hernandez is now an innocent man in death, the family will not get to feel any real sense of relief or victory, simply because the Football great is already dead.
Back in 2013 Hernandez was arrested and charged for first-degree murder, and was convicted in 2015 for the murder of
his friend Lloyd. In a crushing blow he was sentenced to life in prison without parole.
On April 19 2017, After several years in jail, Hernandez hung himself in his prison cell and died shortly afterwards in Hospital. He was just 27 years old.
