Tasty and Spicy Kodo Millet Adai (Varagarisi and Thinai Adai)

Ingredients for making Tasty and Spicy Kodo Millet Adai:
- Varagarisi (Kodo Millet) 1 cup
- Thinai (Foxtail Millet) 1 cup
- Urad dal 1/4 cup
- Chana dal 1/4 cup
- Thur dal 1/2 cup
- Ginger a small piece
- Green chillies and Red chillies 2 each
- Onions 2 (Optional)
- Curry Leaves
How to make Tasty and Spicy Kodo Millet Adai?
